Michael Sutton
Michael has been in the restaurant industry for 10 years, beginning at places such as Hemmingway’s Bistro and La Bella Pasteria in Oak Park, Illinois. He worked at The Bristol in the Bucktown neighborhood and assisted with the opening of Bistro Bordeaux in Evanston before moving on as the Beverage Director at Socca in the Lakeview neighborhood. During that time he assisted with the opening of Socca’s sister location, Redd Herring in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. After 2 years he was promoted to General Manager of Socca. Michael has completed his introductory levels of Cicerone certification as well as his Sommelier training through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He is originally from Oak Park, Illinois. Michael and his wife Megan live in Lombard and welcomed a bouncing baby girl this year named Audrey Emma Sutton.
